SCAMMERS!!!
WOW!!! NEVER use this company if you want to get ripped off!!! They were quick to get your money but not to send the vouchers.
SO MONEY PAID = FOR NO EXPERIENCE!!!
They apparently are suppose to either send you an email with vouchers or a link to download vouchers. Yes, I received an email with a download link, but the link was broken and they do not accept responsibility for that.... so I paid for tickets I never received and missed out on an experience I was looking forward to.
Do yourself a favour and don't use scammers like Discount London!

I have booked my tickets on 20 November 2021 and trying to contact someone for a refund no one is answering their calls and no one has responded to me via email I have still not received my e-ticket either. Please can someone contact me.

I have my tickets from 2019 and January…
I have my tickets from 2019 and January 2021 phones don’t work numerous emails to rebook and no reply can’t get my money back 7tickets in total gone down the drain .it was cancelled due to covid now nothing from discount london absolutely rip off.

It was a fabulous experience, let down by the fact that the Discount London website claimed that soft drinks for the children were included, this was not the case and we were asked to pay for any soft drinks we ordered !!! It was only tea/coffee included

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Big bus voucher invalid, so had 5 kids walking around London aimlessly. Then didn’t realize they had sent Tower of London twice instead of London eye, which they refused to replace leaving me to pay another 150 fir the trip. Honestly the worst service I have ever dealt with in 43 years and just happy this was a test run before we start bringing large groups to England... will never use them ever again... shambolic

I have booked a package for 2 in…
I have booked a package for 2 in may,there were some problems at Madame Tussaud(they processed the package as a single entry to the museum),so we had to pay to go to London Eye,and we didnt visit the Sea Life,because as i said the package was processed as a single ticket to the museum. So we paid for a package and could only visit Madame Tussaud. I contacted customer support for a refund,and they say that they are investigating it for a month and a half. Now they aren’t replying at all. I will have to complain to head office or something because this is not acceptable

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!!!
Tried to book an O2 climb though Discount London, wish I hadn’t bothered! Booked online on Thursday with a time of 1pm Saturday for 4 people and paid by debit card. Had an email at about 12 noon on Friday saying they couldn’t make that time but what about 12.45pm I said that would be fine, hadn’t heard anything for several hours so emailed again and was told they were waiting for confirmation and would let me know asap. Heard back at about 5pm saying they couldn’t make my time of 12.45pm (even though they suggested this time!) They said they could do 5pm which I emailed back saying wasn’t really convenient, I then emailed back about 15 minutes later and said actually this would be fine. Then didn’t hear anything from them until 10am on the Monday saying “we have now aborted your payment and your payment will be refunded between 3-5 days” You know how the saying goes “IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS” I now can’t do this which was supposed to be a birthday surprise for my husband as booking directly through O2 they now have no tickets at suitable times for us

Paid but no tickets
Booked tickets to see Tina musical. Paid on credit card but didn’t get e-tickets. Emailed but no response so called them. Tickets hadn’t been booked! (£300). Refunded money to card but no tickets. Not impressed and won’t buy anything from them again.

Booking stuck in limbo with hours to go.
This evening, I've booked a thames rocket speedboat trip for 2pm tomorrow

Their website allowed me to book this trip, but the booking is not automatic, but requires 1 of their staff to confirm the booking with the operator before issuing me with the ticket, and this can take up to 48 hours!

I wasn't aware of any of this when I booked the trip. Sure it's in the Ts&Cs, but who reads those most of the time? If they know it's going to take them up to 48 hours to book the trip, why would they allow customers to book trips which can be as early as 10am the next day?

So now I don't know if my 8 year old son and I can go on the trip or not, and I cannot simply cancel and book directly with the operator, as another 1 of their Ts&Cs says they'll hold on to all of my money, if I cancel within 72 hours.

I rang their phoneline, which has an emergency number for bookings with less than 48 hours to go, but that went straight to email. Office doesn't open until tomorrow at 9am. e-tickets have to be printed, and I was planning a day out in London.
